Posisi : Corporate Planning Analyst

Requirements:

• Female, maximum 27 years old
  Min. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance Accounting, Statistic
  Min. has 1 year in the related field or similar position is an advantage
  Experience using ERP system
  Experience with large and messy data, provide data using google data studio and other tools for data visualization
  Details-oriented and smart analytical thinking

Job Responsibilities:

• Create analysis for company business including research for current and forecast business situations to give a view for stakeholders to take the decision
  Monitoring Profit and Loss per commodity based on manufacturing cost data
  Monitoring budget planning vs actual and follow-up improvement to reduce excess from other department expense
  Work closely with other departments to understand the need to improve the production process’s effectiveness

Posisi : New Project Preparation Control Staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering & Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  Min 2 Years of working experience in Project Management
  Computer literate, Strong in numerical analysis & Ms. Excel
  Good interpersonal skills, discipline, analytical thinking & leadership
  Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage new project information in planning, implementation, and evaluation
  Lead other departments (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, PPC, Logistics) to meet target material, logistic tools & equipment procurement for the project need
  Support new project delivery to customers
  Ensure new project updates regularly and report to management (daily, weekly)

Posisi : Purchasing Staff

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree from any major
  Min. has 1-2 years experience in the related field and/or similar position
  Preferably from the automotive industry
  Good communication and strong negotiation skills
  Able to work within tight deadlines with high-mobility schedules/timeline

Job Responsibilities:

• Looking for the best suppliers and vendors to supply goods, raw materials or any related product/services regarding the company’s needs
  Negotiate and communicate with suppliers and vendors to get the best price and quality from the offered product/services
  Co-work with any related division (Finance-Accounting, General Affairs, Operation, Marketing, etc.) for fulfilling the timeline schedule of purchasing goods/services
  Maintain the ERP system, SOP, and any related policies regarding the purchase standard in the company
  To ensure that any repeated orders (goods/materials/products) are delivered on time to the requested department/user

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or equivalents
  Min. has 1-2 years experience in the related field or similar position is an advantage
  Experience with large and messy data, provide data using google data studio and other tools for data visualization
  Details-oriented and smart analytical thinking
  Being Familiar with the ERP system is a must (especially INFOR)

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish a manual standard, flowchart for the ERP system
  Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for end-users
  Work closely with other departments for ERP system improvement
  Analyse the current processes, system implementation, and tools to increase efficiency
